What do they do/Who are they? Dani Cruz is the Social Services Training Program Manager at YMCA Childcare Resource Service, where she draws on her own experience growing up in Southeast San Diego to help individuals and families navigate life's challenges. As a first-generation oldest daughter, she is passionate about connecting community members to the resources, support, and growth their communities need and deserve.

How do they partner with CCH? Dani is a new co-chair of the COI Early Childhood Domain, In this role, she helps to connect our COI partners doing meaningful early childhood work across San Diego and looks for opportunities to collaborate. The YMCA is a longstanding partner of COI and a leader in Early Childhood care across the county. She is excited to learn about the work already underway and to help deepen that collective impact.
